We proudly ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally packed and dispatched once per week. While we always aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be dispatched during busy periods.

Once your order has been lodged with Australia Post, you will receive tracking details (where applicable).

Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand. While we do everything we can to ensure your order is dispatched promptly, any delays once your parcel has been handed over to Australia Post are unfortunately beyond our control.

Packaging

We take great pride in ensuring every order is carefully packaged to minimise the risk of damage during transit. Every product is inspected before dispatch and packed with the utmost care to help ensure it arrives safely.

Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and Australia Post to investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a suitable resolution.
