Products must be installed correctly and used only as intended. Incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or failure to follow safe installation and operating practices may result in damage, injury, or product failure.

Southern Cross Custom Industries accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, or consequential loss arising from the incorrect installation, misuse, modification, or improper use of our products.

While every effort is made to ensure our products are manufactured to a high standard, it is the responsibility of the installer and vehicle owner to inspect all components before and after installation and to ensure the vehicle remains safe and roadworthy where applicable.
